「A grand decorated hotel with excellent pool and beach 」

「Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Seeblick, wodurch der Blick aus dem Fenster und vom Balkon besonders schön war. Das Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist in den Sommermonaten sicherlich besonders attraktiv. Ende Februar war es eher ruhig, was für uns aber auch angenehm sein kann, wenn man Entspannung sucht. Das Hotel bietet eine gute Ausstattung und wird offenbar auch gerne von Reisegruppen genutzt.」

「The hotel is situated at a convenient and central location for Acireale. There is everything you might need nearby and a pretty little park just across the street. The room was clean and well made, the bed was comfortable and I appreciated having an empty minibar fridge. The one thing I am unhappy with is the lack of availability in the hotel's parking. 「This outstanding property is stretched over acres of beautiful countryside at the bottom of the Etna volcano. It is part of the Relais Châteaux collection, so you can expect 5 star service and amenities. Rooms and suites are spread across the property, in the middle of vineyards, lemon trees etc. The views are breathtaking, the staff is extremely helpful, nice and professional. 「The staff very much made this hotel worth maximum ratings. They were able to accommodate my need for two separate beds without issue and honor what I thought I was booking. The breakfast was great and made the stay a good value. The gym and pool close at 2000 - it would be nice if these were open longer. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Zash. It's an excellent hotel. The restaurant has great dinner offerings and an amazing breakfast. The service was next level. Two things that were not problems for us but something you should generally be aware of is that the hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere. If you dont have a car, it might make things challenging. There is also a train right next to the property. It never really bothered us, but its there...and you will hear it. 」

Giarre som ort är ganska sömnig. Du behöver bil för att ta dig runt. Vi testade middagen på hotellet en kväll. Superfin mat men ingen barnmeny. Skulle tipsa om La Spiga som ligger 200m från hotellet om ni vill äta genuin italiensk mat. 」
