"The overnight reception desk is staffed by a lovely human, Channel. Both visits we have been checked in and warmly greeted by her. It made us feel welcome and right at home. Jetted tubs in room are rad."

"The gentleman who checked us in was extremely professional and helpful. Our family was in town for a funeral and he made our stay more enjoyable in spite of all that was going on. He checked the whole family of several rooms and was such a joy and a total asset to that hotel. The woman that relieved him on day of check-in was very nice too. I wish I could remember their names. I can see their faces. Thank the staff for being so helpful and professional especially at such a difficult time for our family. "

"I liked the Hotel Rock but it needs some improvements. Pros: loved the bartenders and drinks at the restaurant, Per Diem, cool atmosphere, good location. Cons: staff didn't explain anything about property at check-in, no dishes/utensils/glassware, even though we had a suite with a kitchenette. There were 3 of us staying in the suite (I had to give everyone's name at check-in). However, we had to ask for an extra bath towel both nights of our stay since they only provided two. "
