「Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good.
The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall.

「Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples.
The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

「These apartments were definitely an excellent choice. The apartments are beautifully kept and well cleaned. The area provided access to all types of food and groceries. However, the Tesco Extra is a personal favorite and its close walking distance was the best. These apartment were also very close to the city’s main shopping areas. 「I stayed more than 2 weeks in Wellington House. 5-10 minutes to town center / shopping mall, restaurants, very convenient.
The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, spacious and very new. Fully equipped kitchen.

「It was just ok.
Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.

「My colleague who stayed here said it was clean and beautifully decorated. It is about 1 min to Reading Town Centre.
There is some mild traffic noise from the buses early morning but nothing to do with the property. This didn’t affect the stay and wasn’t noisy enough to disrupt any sleep.
Communication with the owners was excellent and my colleague arrived at 11.30pm and was met and promptly let into the apartment.

「We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommend, great location, spotlessly clean, loved the special little touches, tea, coffee, biscuits, cereal and even milk and cold water in the fridge. The kitchen was well equipped, extremely impressed, cooked meals and had everything I needed.

「We stayed for 2 nights in the ground floor garden apartment.
Accomdation very spotless and had all we need to make our stay extremely comfortable.
Really happy with the quality of bedding and towels, plus nice touch to have milk and water in fridge and small bottles of shower gel shampoo and body cream in the bathnroom.

"A terrible experience. Broken bathroom fixtures, dirty floors, dirty towels, blocked showers/sinks/toilets, slow service, unfriendly staff ( apart from Vic, Charlie and Amelia who, to be fair, were genuine and tried their best). To call this hotel 5-star is frankly fraud. It’s a shabby hotel, rooms and service 2 stars at best. Do not stay here with your family."
