「Enjoyed my stay.」

「The property was clean, staff helpful, parking was great.」

「Everything was good, they just didn’t give me the room I paid for」

「The sheets in our room were nasty and when we alerted the front desk the lady on duty did not apologize or anything she brought us new bedding and said we would have to change the bedding. She just brought it to us. The sheets had what appeared to be blood on them」

「clean」

「The room and bathroom were par for cleanliness. Breakfast buffet was unimpressive. But when we had an issue with a backed up sink drain in the morning, front desk staff and upkeep staff were there immediately and solved the issue, cleaned and sanitized quickly. They offered to move us if we wanted but we were trying to shower to leave so we denied the need. They were very attentive and helpful」

「放沐浴露 洗发露的盒子碍事」

「The room felt shabby. bed cover apron was torn.」

「N/a」

「Property was well kept. However, there was a gap between the mattress and headboard that had debris that was not far from your head. I would suggest that area needs to be vacuumed regularly. The TV provider was hard to get to work. There were 2 remote controls to work. But the bathroom was very clean and the setup of the room was nice.」

「Room was very clean and large. Well lit...The room exceeded my expectations. Never stayed in a Hampton Hotel before. I was pleasantly surprised. Had no issues. There were many dining options across the street on a main drag across from hotel. Conveniently located right off the main interstate. No issues. Will book this hotel again」
