「Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable déception. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai dû attendre 8 heures avant d’obtenir ma chambre, ce qui est inacceptable après un long voyage. Une fois dans la chambre, la mauvaise surprise a continué : l’eau était coupée, le lavabo n’était même pas correctement fixé et bougeait à chaque utilisation. 「Alles hat super funktioniert. Nach der Buchung hat das Hotel sofort die Kommunikation aktiv gesteuert. Unsere Ansprechpartner war der Guest Relationship Manager, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Er hat super Zimmer für uns organisiert und auch essen vorbestellt bevor wir abgereist sind. Er war für uns immer erreichbar und alle Fragen beantwortet und immer wieder geholfen. So macht Urlaub richtig Spaß!」
