Das Deluxe-Zimmer war groß und geräumig und das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Wir konnten gut schlafen. Es ist aber alles etwas in Jahre gekommen. Man darf keinen europäischen 5Sterne-Standart erwarten. Wenn man ein Anliegen hatte wie einen lauten Lüfter oder einen undichten Abfluss wurde dies sofort behoben. Das Personal ist immer nett und sehr zuvorkommend gewesen und der Service erstklassig. Wir haben uns im Amarina gut aufgehoben gefunden 😊

Alles hat super funktioniert. Nach der Buchung hat das Hotel sofort die Kommunikation aktiv gesteuert. Unsere Ansprechpartner war der Guest Relationship Manager, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Er hat super Zimmer für uns organisiert und auch essen vorbestellt bevor wir abgereist sind. Er war für uns immer erreichbar und alle Fragen beantwortet und immer wieder geholfen. So macht Urlaub richtig Spaß!

One of the Best Hospitality Experiences Ever Our stay at Amarina Hotel was truly excellent from start to finish. Guest Relations Mr. Rahim followed up with us from the first day of booking, which made a great first impression. Check-in was smooth, and we were generously upgraded to a room with pool and sea view — thanks to Mariam at reception. The aqua park is perfect for kids and adults and is heated, which is a big advantage. The main pool is also heated and spacious. The beach is clean, sandy, and well maintained. Pool bar service was excellent — thank you Khaled. Room service was very good, and the creative bed decorations were a lovely surprise for the kids. Food variety is outstanding, with different cuisines offered daily. The Italian restaurant was amazing, the Indian restaurant was good, and the Asian restaurant was okay. Special thanks to Executive Chef Ahmed for his extra care, including a lunch bag on our travel day and a fruit basket. Appreciation also to Moustafa, Moataz, and Ahmed for their friendliness and great service in the restaurants. Overall, the hospitality was exceptional with zero issues during our stay. This will definitely not be our last visit. Special thanks again to Mr. Rahim for making our vacation unforgettable.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e torneremo volentieri. Il villaggio è perfetto per famiglie con bambini piccoli ed è in generale molto accogliente per le famiglie. Abbiamo trascorso Natale e Capodanno e devo dire che l'unica pecca è il caos per l'accesso al buffet durante gli eventi.

La struttura di Amarina è relativamente nuova e ben tenuta. La manutenzione degli spazi comuni è ottima e curata. La pulizia in camera è assicurata da personale attento e premuroso. Il punto di forza è a nostro parere la spiaggia e il relativo servizio e la ristorazione con un’ampia varietà scelta di qualità.

Resort was clean - staff friendly and hard working. Food was good - Indian restaurant not so good, quality of food there and decoration was poor. Loved the fresh omelette and fresh pasta options and everyday meat, fish being prepared in front of you. Salads were good - lots of variety but we avoided the ones that looked like 'left overs'. Desert not to my taste / would like some ice cream offering, should be a bar station in restaurant so waiters not making a long journey to get drinks. Didn't eat At beach as food there was basic - chips and meat. We loved the Pirate Hut at the beach for shishah and tea to play chess and listen to waves. Have to fill up fridge with bottled water - this should be filled daily . My son was unwell one night and no water in fridge . When i asked at reception they said it was our duty but I think cleaning staff could easily replace water. Also strict on returning door key and towel keys at check out so don't lose. Some confusion over tax / costs at hotel ATM. ATM near taxi desk apparently costs more than ATM tucked near entrance to buffet restaurant. We loved the animation team - beach volleyball and stretching / voga, aqua aerobics was fun. A bit far away from marina and outside the free pick up zone for most activities on get your guide. Cheaper to book these online as opposed to at resort. Not many English there - nice family resort. Thank you

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das stets mit einem Lächeln und einem Rat zur Seite stand. Das Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und modern ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Alles in allem eine perfekte Mischung aus Komfort und exzellentem Service. Gerne wieder – vielen Dank!

Dive shop on site. Beautiful green areas. Very good hospitality. No house reef. No snorkeling ( boats in and out from marina ) -no snorkeling allowed off shore. Another resort 4 resorts south has a house reef. Excellent ORCA dive shop. Booked all inclusive. Likely too much food :) would definetly stay there again

The room was in a good state and the personal was always friendly and helpful... the Seaview wasn't really happening from the room... but at the end who stays in a hotel room the whole day... the hotel has a few restaurant with a good menue and the food is good

Rundum gelungen. Essen war lecker insbesondere in den Restaurants, original Softdrinks, sogar der Wein war trinkbar, freundlich, netter Service und tolle Tauchbasis direkt am Hotel.Betten bequem aber die Zimmer sind super hellhörig, wenn es was zu kritisieren gibt dann das. Wir kommen bestimmt trotzdem wieder :)

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, nur die die Sanitären Anlagen eine Katastrophe.. nur heiß oder kalt, kaum Druck zum duschen echt schlimm. Zumindest die Deluxe -Zimmer.. Essen in Ordnung, Strand schön, für Kinder viel vorhanden… Sehr viele russisch stämmige Menschen, in diesem Hotel!

Beautiful hotel and really kind staff but other than that very dissapointing. Should definitely not be classed as a 5 star hotel. We found the whole lobby area always had a smell of vomit. The food was horrendous, even when trying the bookable a la carte restaurants the quality was questionable. The food resulted in me being quite sick for the holiday. The drinks available at the bar seemed to be very watered down and not good quality. If you want a fresh orange juice with your breakfast theres an additonal $2 charge, iced coffees were also $2. The room was large and spacious but the air con wasnt great, the fridge did not work properly. Which when considering its nearly 40 degrees its not great. The wifi was awful and the TV had no channels you could watch and no way of connecting to it. The hairdryer did not work and the bathroom would sometimes smell very strongly of sewage. Though the pools were really nice, being constantly hassled while youre trying to relax ruins it. from photographers, camel rides, boat trips and other excursions, massages or spa visits. You would get bothered several times a day, even after telling them no multiple times the day before. The sauna within the hotel complex isnt available for guest use unless you want to pay $100 for a massage. The one redeeming factor was the beach which although rocky at first was beautiful with warm waters and lots of fish to see with a snorkel.

Il soggiorno è stato praticamente perfetto. Il resort è dotato di tutte le comodità, piscine in stato perfetto, spiaggia stupenda. I ristoranti tematici sono buoni, quello principale resta il migliore. La cosa più bella è stato il servizio, tutto il personale ha sempre un atteggiamento cordiale e disponibile, sono meravigliosi. C'è una grande cura per i dettagli e per la pulizia, ci sono tantissime persone che lavorano in hotel, oltre all'all inclusive ci sono tanti cocktail gratuiti, birra e caffè sempre inclusi a tutte le ore del giorno, nella piscina per bambini di pomeriggio offrono gelati e pancakes. Scelto per la vicinanza a Luxor, è stata davvero un'ottima scelta. Le escursioni hanno prezzi leggermente superiori a quelle che si trovano in rete ma sono ottime, quello che abbiamo davvero apprezzato è stato il servizio taxi dell'hotel, a prezzi assolutamente onesti. Ottima la navetta aeroportuale. L'unica cosa leggermente negativa è stata l'aria condizionata, anche se è presente ed è funzionante è installata in maniera scorretta a mio parere, arrivava in maniera diretta su uno dei letti e copriva meno altre zone, come quella del bagno. È solo un dettaglio, la nostra vacanza è stata fantastica grazie a tutto lo staff del resort Amarina. Hotel frequentato più che altro da nordeuropei, zero italiani, tutti comunque parlano un ottimo inglese.
