Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean equipped with safety box, water kettle, refrigerator. Breakfast and food was good and a lot of variety. Fresh fish, chicken and meat and many different kind of salads. Wine could have been a bit better. Three special restaurants: Oriental, Italian and Asian. We had a fantastic stay at Amarina Abu Soma, the assets of the hotel is its staff. I would like to specifically thank the hotel manager for the improvements of the service and standard of the hotel. Mr. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure me and my family ( 10 members) have a great time. Housekeeping ( Mohamed) and kitchen staff went extra miles to make sure your needs are met. Reception staff were superb dealing with our requests, thank you Mohamed and Maryam, you were the best. Special thanks to Mr. Marcos taking a very good care of my kids and making them try new food. Abdullah is one of the best gardeners, we love you so much.

All staff members are really cheerful ,nice and helpful especially Mr.Ibrahim Mansour, Mr.Martin, Ms.Mariem and Exceutive Chef Mr. Ahmed ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Resort is very clean and the views are amazing. The beach is lovely. Pools are several and the aqua park is so fun. Food is very delicious and there are wide variety of different kinds of food. Rooms are comfy and clean. I felt comfortable and happy throughout my vacation. They are really careful staff who want to success their work and keen about the the guests' satisfaction!

It was the best stay ever! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Especially for people with kids, not for those who want to party all night long. The area is not huge, but enough for evening walks and for all activities. The staff is soo nice, especially Ahmed from reception. He helped with every single thing right away! Cleaning crew, waiters, and animation team-all work so hard and are doing great job every day. The beach is beautiful and clean with spectacular view of the mountains! The property has four restaurants, water park for kids and adults, and performances every evening. We had a blast, and we will definitely will be back to this place again!

Beautiful hotel and really kind staff but other than that very dissapointing. Should definitely not be classed as a 5 star hotel. We found the whole lobby area always had a smell of vomit. The food was horrendous, even when trying the bookable a la carte restaurants the quality was questionable. The food resulted in me being quite sick for the holiday. The drinks available at the bar seemed to be very watered down and not good quality. If you want a fresh orange juice with your breakfast theres an additonal $2 charge, iced coffees were also $2. The room was large and spacious but the air con wasnt great, the fridge did not work properly. Which when considering its nearly 40 degrees its not great. The wifi was awful and the TV had no channels you could watch and no way of connecting to it. The hairdryer did not work and the bathroom would sometimes smell very strongly of sewage. Though the pools were really nice, being constantly hassled while youre trying to relax ruins it. from photographers, camel rides, boat trips and other excursions, massages or spa visits. You would get bothered several times a day, even after telling them no multiple times the day before. The sauna within the hotel complex isnt available for guest use unless you want to pay $100 for a massage. The one redeeming factor was the beach which although rocky at first was beautiful with warm waters and lots of fish to see with a snorkel.

They treat you like royalty. Nothing is neglected and they take care of everything, even the smallest thing. The exterior is beautiful and always perfect. The interior is always clean. Restaurants are really good, especially the Asian one. The beach is easily accessible and the sea is beautiful! I’d like to come back to Amarina.
