「The room was clean and quiet. View of parking lot. Use the “not ready” door hanger—housekeeping was knocking early, when people were still in their rooms. Ask for a printed receipt—I got charged $10 more than the total price on my booking receipt. No idea why because I didn’t anticipate needing to scrutinize a receipt. 」

「Good, clean hotel in a convenient location near downtown Charleston, W. Va. Was able to check in quickly identify local restaurant and bar options and travel downtown for some food and beverages. As a bonus we got to see the city on foot. Good hotel for a stopover on the road home. 」

「We always stay here when traveling to see family and never had an issue until this stay. We had to change rooms because the bedspread had a huge wet spot that looked like the cleaners just tried to clean up pee and poop. It was disgusting, but they allowed us to switch rooms.」

「Although a large and busy hotel, our room was quiet and peaceful, with comfortable seating. The facility is well-maintained.」

「Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a one night stay while moving across the country. Hotel room was fine, free parking, wifi and breakfast are always a plus. Conveniently located right of the interstate with quick access to gas stations. Its a bit of a industrial location, surrounded by maintenace truck type lot but otherwise good for a quick in and out stop.」
