「Listed as multi room but was a single room. No code to get in provide, no wifi available. Neighbor had to help get us in and get codes. Bedding was still damp, curtain didn’t block the light from outside so the bedroom was bright all night. It was clean and I think still under construction but should not have been rented yet.」

「This is an absolutely charming little boutique motel. We booked 2 rooms and stayed only 1 night as we passed through LA but we would certainly stay again. We loved the set up. The mini kitchen was great and parking was convenient. We arrived late for check in but the staff person was kind enough to wait for our arrival.」

「我入住三晚，每晚我都要到櫃檯更換毛巾、浴巾、枕頭套，因為每天更換的都還是非常髒，有明顯髒污、黑痕跟口紅印。掛上Room service的牌子，留給房務人員的小費收走了，但洗髮精、lotion、肥皂都沒補，床也沒整理，非常糟糕。房間在拉上窗簾後非常昏暗，半夜車流聲很大、呼嘯而過，房外有濃厚大麻味。淺眠者的住宿噩夢。」

「Overall experience with Palihouse was great. Highly recommended if you are traveling with family. Staff were friendly and helpful, although they have limited people. A bit upset coz the housekeeping kinda went thru our stuff and ditched our shopping bags away (were not even beside the trashcan, we got stuff we wanted inside) 」
