「Hotel is clean, most staff super nice, front desk most rude, but I think they were just overwhelmed. We had some front desk staff rolling eyes to us. We can see roaches around the property, in the rooms, but we only saw dead ones, so I feel they do try to take care of it, but still an issue. Housekeeping amazing, friendly and helpful. Entertainment people including children care are amazing too, Kids activities were fun and we got a lot good memories. Restaurants are good, food quality is good,...
