"Didn’t stay. Got off our cruise early and they had no where to store our bags before room was ready. Paid 25 dollars to get early check in and was told I could wait in the lobby. Never asked about eating and the guy at the counter went out of his way twice to tell me I could not eat food from the breakfast. If you are getting off a cruise early don’t book here. Called another hotel and they were confused when I asked if they had a place for my bags. Never asked ahead of time so shame on me. "

"The place was clean, shuttle to Hard Rock was convenient, & amenities were nice. However, we were on the 6th floor right under the kitchen/bar/nightclub. Music was supposed to be done by midnight but it went until 1 AM. When I called the front desk she told me that the music was coming from outside, not upstairs, dismissing my concern (she was wrong). Besides that, it was a nice stay."

"Staff were very friendly upon checkin and helpful with questions. Beds are comfortable Sadly there was a crack pipe left in our hotel room and picked up by a child. Got offered a very small credit to compensate for having to have police and emergency services come out. Thank the heavens the child ended up being okay but what an ordeal to go through. When checking out, manager was apologetic and offered the credit, then walked away. I understand there arent normal protocols or precedure for this type of incident, I guess I was expecting to much in human decency. I just really hope this never happens to another child anywhere. Per the google review left- the manager asked us to call for a follow up. Weve left 3 messages and no return call from them."
