I came in before scheduled check in to see if by chance there was a clean room. There wasn't, but the front desk agent was very kind and as I sat in the lobby would give me updates. She also apologized like it was her fault I was early. So kind!

The flat was wonderful… lots of room with the bedroom and living area… leather couch was so comfy for tv viewing…. Bed was incredibly comfortable… nice complementary bottle of wine… attentive staff… on site parking
