"For local tourists, familiar with the hustle and bustle of Delhi or budget conscious foreign tourists,Shyama Inn is a must. The hotel, itself, is secure, clean and tidy. Most of all the staff is very friendly and attentive. We arrived to welcoming strangers and left saying goodbye to family."

"Recently built or comprehensively refurbished hotel, very handy for New Delhi station and the Orange line to the Airport. A real jewel in the rough, the surrounding area is a little unprepossessing. Great and also surprising rooftop restaurant"

"I chose this hotel because it was close to the station and very reasonable, but I couldn't stand the fact that the room was dirty and there were a lot of insects, and sometimes the shower water didn't come out at all. The atmosphere around the hotel was also dangerous. The cost performance was not bad, but it was a little harsh."

"The staff Sanjeet and Ajay kumar for decorating our room and also checking up on us afterwards to make sure the room was all good. Also the young lady from reception (i cant quite remember her name - but she appeared very senior in her position) but she was so lovely and attentive. She brought us up to our room and showed us the surprise. As a team, the three of them really know how to make their guest feel valued and supported. They were the reason my husband and i had a pleasant stay. Great asset to the company! 😊
Room was spacious and lovely. We stay in 2 different rooms at the hotel due to our itinerary. Both rooms were spotless and bed were comfy.
We also used the gym and it was really nice and well equipped."

"Room was not up to the mark. There were cockroaches roaming around. No window, no ventilation, no tea/coffee, hot water maker or water bottle in room. Same bathroom kit for all three days. Washroom was not clean. Continuous noises outside the room for one full night. Charged extra under the name of 18% GST despite Govt changed the rate to 5% GST for budget Hotel stays. No receipt provided. Entire area was full of smoking smell. I will not recomment it to decent people coming for official stays and families please stay away. Even the location is not clearly marked making it difficult for newcomers. Book any other hotel in the same area. "
