"I honestly can not rate this hotel. We didnt stay there. They had a political rally which shut off the block around the hotel. Both hotel and transfere failed to tell us this so we turned up non the wiser. They said it was last minute government decision but even day of travel there was no communication and word had it that it had been closed a few days by then. Landed stranded. No transfer no hotel. Hotel said theyd refund the transfer (they didnt) tour company managed to get a partial refund...

"the staff was really terrible and rude, the room which was shown online was completely different than given to us, very small, dirty, no basic amenities including bath/hand towel, soap etc, worst room of all i had been to so far. I won't recommend this property at all to anyone. "

"Have travelled a lot. This experience was one of the best! Excellent attention to detail, cleanliness and sanitation. Staff went out of their way to help … outstanding hospitality. They have restaurants run by Michelin star chefs - really enjoyed the food. First time at an Oberoi hotel but made me a fan!
