It's right in the middle of Chandi Chawk, so if you understand this you can soak up the experience of staying at this Unesco World Heritage hotel. I chose it for the experience. The food at the restaurant is excellent. I ate with live classical Indian music duo of tabla and flute one day and tabla and saringar another night. I do photography, so the location is a street photographer's paradise.

Beautiful atmospheric property. The reservation desk were not very responsive to email which left me very anxious about my arrival at midnight in old Delhi. Checkin took 45 min. Given how late at night it was, it would have been more thoughtful to allow me to the room and complete formalities separately. No information was provided at booking regarding evening events such as kite flying, classical music and dance. I could have planned my arrival to enjoy this if information had been provided by the reservation team. A property with great potential but service needs to be polished up.

We enjoyed our stay at Haveli. Location is off the beaten path, down an alleyway which is not advertised, but after a couple of times you get used to it. Staff was helpful in escorting us through the alley and exchange cash. Restaurant prices are upcharged compared to other elevated restaurants in Delhi, but that was as to be expected.

Outstanding historical hotel to stay in old Delhi. Attractive, comfortable room. Friendly staff and entertaining experience flying a kite on a rooftop and seeing the racing pigeons. Attentive and helpful staff used.a cart to bring our luggage through the narrow alley to the entrance. I highly recommend the stay for someone's first visit to Old Delhi.

Great hotel with lovely staff, only drawback is that it’s a bit tricky for cars to reach to so you will need to walk 150m or so but still very accessible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others - it’s absolutely beautiful.

the red fort and jama masjid are within walking distance and there are vendors everywhere. the room was quiet and the air conditioning was powerful. I slept like a rock. the food down stairs was first rate some of the best i had in the country. i wish i had stayed longer

Hotel is within walking distance to Chandi Chok, Amber Fort and Jammah Masjid. Food outlets are plenty around. Golden Haveli is 100 steps away from Haveli Dharampura. Rooms are nice and clean.

Location impossibly hard since no cars allowed on narrow street so walking from the golden Haveli to the main hotel was very very difficult . Rooms had no amenities Food was good but you had yo go to main hotel no food on Gokdrn Haveli Nothing in minibar
