「Nothing crazy, but the room had a really strong wet dog order. Only 1 elevator worked and it was iffy...it kept stopping and would quickly open the door and close. It smelt like fire or something burning. Wanted to get a second room but was told they were sold out - on the website it showed plenty available so not sure how that works. Washer was broke so we couldn't get an extra set of sheets. Again nothing major but Def effected the stay」

「Not as clean to my liking. Only 3 pillows on each bed, which I thought was odd. Staff was friendly, but in order to get clean towels, had to bring dirty towels downstairs ourselves instead of them bringing them to our room. Room was never clean while we were there. Breakfast was not a full breakfast like I thought. Overall, just okay!」

「The place and location is amazing. Beautiful and magical views. The place is so clean. The staff was so helpful; always available and fast responding for any questions. They even offered complimentary check outs and so. The infinity pool is so nice and beautiful. Only trees around the pool and the cabins need to be trimmed so we can get the full experience with the beautiful view. The only issues that we had there were: - it’s too hot inside of the cabins, the ac unit is located in the wrong...
