"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"Just what we needed before heading to the airport in the morning. Chroma reservation and communication went well. The room is a bit worn but everything was clean and price was good in comparison. Several restaurants and a patisserie and really nice small grocery with in walking distance on the main road. Nice neighborhood in the back to walk around."

"I had a great experience staying here. I accidentally went to the management office instead of the apartment and arrived completely exhausted and sweaty after traveling. Stelios was amazing — he kindly gave me a ride to the apartment, offered me water, and made sure I could get into my room as quickly as possible.
