Also, the curtains barely block any light, making the room far too bright in the morning. To make matters worse, the mattress was sagging in the middle, which was quite uncomfortable. There are two nearby parks with trails Felicita County Park and Kit Carson. Both good for kids activities and Kit Carson has disc golf and a sports center. Loads of shopping and grocery stores within a mile. Stay on the second floor for a quieter experience. "
