There is new construction going on next door. Not motels fault. Noise starts at 7 am in morning. When new constructio n is completed, this motel will be business as usual- great!. Otherwise, great place to stay.

This place is motel 6 basic but at a higher price. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly but I don’t get why this hotel has such good reviews. The mattresses suck, rooms are tiny and cheaply furnished and tons of road and construction noise.

We booked for two nights. Once we arrived we were then notified of construction happening directly next to our room from 6am-5pm. The cell service on the property is pretty bad. and there were lots of gnats or mosquitoes in our room. Not sure where they came from. I am aware this is a budget friendly option, but just pay the extra cost for a nicer stay.

There is a big construction a few feet from the motel with 6 am to 5 pm noise My problem is the staff do not tell the guests about the noise nor the block the rooms nearest to the noise which is behind the building They doing business as usual without regard to the noise and sleeping comfort of the guests at 7 am They should either let the guests know about the noise and discount the rooms heavily Or block rooms nearer to the construction site It is a shame they don’t care

Nice, clean, very nice management; parking is a bit of an issue if you come back to your room late. There are not enough parking spaces for all the guests if the motel is full.

The staff was very polite and professional.The parking was very convenient to the room. Room was clean and comfortable with microwave, small reftig and TV. I didn't like that handicap access to the rooms. There were ramps at the ends of the row of rooms but the ramps were very steep and slippery.

Fantastic find in Escondido. I was looking for a reasonably priced room for a concert close by and found this motel. I am so glad I did. It was clean, safe and affordable - and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again. It exceeded my expectations for sure.

Great location and friendly person at the front desk. Dirty room: hair on the pillows, I think they only sweep or vacuum the floors because they were filthy when a damp paper towel was used to clean up a spill, smelled like mold in the bathroom, bed was very firm, A/C unit was extremely loud and the fan never shut off, shutters didn’t close all the way, solicited by knocks on the door, and the towels should be donated to a local car wash.
