「Beautiful hotel and property, The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I’ve found lacking on my the last 2 stays ( in the last 2months) is the carpet in the rooms need a really good deep cleaning or replaced. In room number #447 which was my last stay ( 6/16/26) the main area walkway areas of carpet in that room was just not the cleanest. 「I was really disappointed with my stay and honestly regret booking here. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and discovered the front desk isn't staffed on weekends. After standing in the lobby for quite awhile with multiple attempts to call before someone finally answered and came to check me in. Even then, I waited longer before receiving assistance.
