奎維拉高爾夫俱樂部

We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel staff, seemed overly focused on promoting timeshare properties, which left a negative impression. Overall, we wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again.

The property needs an upgrade, it looks old. We stayed in a Luxury suite and it didn’t have even have a robe nor slippers. The pool area is too quiet, not even lounge music, to get a drink takes forever. The main bar area is overpriced and no ambient, the tables and chairs are very old. We literally spend the entire day out or in other hotels like the one next door. Hotel Has potential-but needs lots of improvements.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite with ocean view. Unfortunately there’s construction blocking the gorgeous view. It can initially be seen in their lobby. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony and plunge pool. The staff was accommodating enough to change our rooms but it was still the same view. Their rooftop pool will eventually have a building blocking their view depending on how high it’ll get built. Aside from that, the resort is very nice and the staff are very friendly!
