Rhom, who often took my late-night room service calls, was consistently cheerful and accommodating even at 2 or 3am. And David from concierge went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were promptly fulfilled. The hotel is walking distance to malls and farmers market and to LRT and MRT train stations. Major bus terminals are nearby for destinations like Baguio and Subic Bay. I really enjoyed my stay in this location. It’s very convenient to the places I want to go. "
