Great location walking distance to 7-eleven, Max Grill and Wheatberry Cafe. Grab (same as Uber) rides are short drives to shopping. Very nice modern facilities and pleasant staff. I would stay again and recommend to others.

The room was excellent the staff cleaned your room every day at 12 noon so easy to work around, the bathroom was large with shower facilities big enough for 2 people the bed was large and comfortable too many pillows but you always get that anyway.

The hotel location is walkable to many restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were friendly. For the rooms, the walls are thin and I could hear conversations and noises. I also had some issues with the sink which the drainage would go down very slowly. The WiFi was very good especially for the international calls and meetings I needed to take for work. Just needed to resign back on at times.

The place feels like I'm at home. Very secure, peaceful, and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The housekeeping staff especially Ian, were very helpful and provides quick and fast service. I just noticed greeters at the front office or desk not quite friendly and did not smile or greet us when we walked in. But overall, everything is good.

I appreciated the hotel's design, room size, facilitiea and location. I like the vibe overall. As much as I want to love this hotel, it doesn't quite work for me because it didn't meet some of my basic necessities such as a hand towel, a wash cloth and towels in the pool area. Also, by 9:15 am we could barely make a plate for breakfast which is supposed to be availble until 10:00 am.

The Privato Hotel is a very modern and contemporary establishment. I found the room very aesthetically pleasing with small surprise conveniences like a small fixed mirror that you can angle to see the back of your head whilst at the sink and a weight scale. TV had many options. It is located in a quiet area I was in room 708 But what was most profound was the level of attentiveness provided by the staff, whilst using the top floor pool, a happy fellow came up to provide towels. He was the same to remind me about some garments I still had hanging in the closet on check out, such small gestures are what makes a stay extra special. I will highly consider and Privato hotel for a stay.

Overall our stay for 2 weeks was pretty good, place is quiet and homey, it’s accessible to dine in restaurants, transportation is not bad because you can grab a taxi or jeepneys. Breakfast is not bad but can be improved. Facility is something they can always improve as I noticed ants crawling around specially when you leave your food without a cover. Staffs are very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend staying here to someone who is on a budget as the rate is affordable.
