The hotel is colonial experience and and staff is friendly and excellent. Yet the owner is neglecting repairs to the property. I only had cold water for my showers. My friebd hot massive mosquito bites in his room. I would not recommend a stay to others.

Mosquitos everywhere! Water in bathroom sink functioned poorly. Shower has no liner so water was all over the floor in puddles creating mosquito nests! Ceiling water leaks in the hallway. The staff was excellent, it’s not their fault. It’s the hotel owner that needs to make structural improvements to the building! I DO NOT recommend you stay here!

Only one worn out towel was provided until I asked for another ‼️Shower curtain did not hold back water and water overflowed onto floor! My friend was attacked by mosquitoes in his room! My other friend had no hot water! Owners need to do some tremendous upgrades!

La localización es muy buena y el personal amable; sin embargo, las instalaciones son viejas y tienen fallas. Puerta de madera en mal estado, secadora no sirve, toallas viejas y percudidas, no hay tapete para los pies en el baño, cama de colchón aguado y la base poco estable.

NO WIFI, NO HOT WATER, NO PARKING Breakfast starts late My rental car got towed when parallel parked outside of this property. The police notified the hotel twice. I was the only guest. All they had to do was call up to my room or knock on my door and I could have moved the car. A total nightmare. Other things... curtains broken, bed uncomfortable. I was trying to support a local business, have spent years in Mexican accommodations, this was terrible.

Bien pero puede mejorar

Muy sencillo el hotel y bonito, el personal muy amable. No tenía más que una frazada muy delgada no tan bueno para época de frío. No pudimos guardar en el refrigerar insulina porque no había personal y el desayuno es a partir de la 9:00 si te levantas temprano no te toca. En general me gusto pero hay detalles a mejorar.

No vale lo que pagas, hotel descuidado

Muy mal hotel, no hay acceso a wi-fi como lo prometen, instalaciones muy descuidadas con humedad, las camas fatales, es lo más importante para tu estadía y están muy duras o muy aguadas, ahí todas chuecas, el desayuno se sirve en un hotel a varios metros de ahí y muy básico, no tienen cocineras, tienes que estar pidiendo todo en recepción por qué no te proporcionan nada, son muy inaccesibles para cualquier cosa y en la habitación solo te ponen un jaboncito de la marca más barata, muebles viejos, etc.

Es un lugar tranquilos y con espacios abiertos para poder pasar el día o solo descansar en la noche. En limpieza encontramos poquita basura que no recogieron de los anteriores inquilinos. El desayuno que ofrecen no lo recomiendo, ya que a nosotros nos toco fruta algo pasada ademas de que solo sirven como 7 pedacitos. En este aspecto recomiendo que se ahorren el tiempo y vayan a desayunar a algun otro lado. Fuera de eso, el hotel se encuetra aceptable para un fin de semana.

Bien para emergencia pero caro

El hotel Villa del villar ya están lleno y nos mandaron al the lit 13 q son de la misma Cadena, no cuenta con estacionamiento pero sí con cochera y aunque estaba libre no nos permitieron estacionarnos ahí y dejamos el coche en la calle, no hay elevador y aún con la rodilla lesionada tuve q subir y bajar escalones, la regadera en pésimo estado llena de sarro, las sábanas percudidas y con manchas, con apariencia demasiado viejas, al principio nos negaron el desayuno q venía incluso en la reservación pero al final accedieron, (fruta café y pan), nunca nos ofrecieron nada más aunque fuera de pago, la relación precio calidad se queda corta muy caro para las condiciones en general, una noche antes reserve en el hotel HNL con la misma tarifa y 100 % en mejor en todos los servicios, quisimos conocer ese hotel y nos decepcionó.

Pese a la reservación incluía desayuno, no se nos proporcionó ya que: "protección civil les clausuro la cocina" y no se busco compensarlo de ninguna manera, solo se excusaron (algún vale para algúna cocina por ahí cerca o algo parecido hubiera estado bien). Además nuestro cuarto no tenia ni papel de baño ni jabón para manos (únicamente incluyeron un sobre de shampoo). La televisión nunca prendio. Nontiene estacionamiento propio, pero esta la opcion de pagar una cuota de 100 pesos en uno que esta a una cuadra.

El hotel está sucio y descuidado, llegamos A la hora del check in u no habían limpido el cuarto, que cuando nos entregaron apestaba a cigarro. Había basura en los pasillos, las toallas son viejísimas y sucias, la ropa de cama también. Lamentable
