Very kind and helpful staffs. Comfortable room and area you enjoy to walk around. Good breakfast. Because the hotel is located in the historic city center, you hear on Friday night music outside until late night, but this is a very nice hotel you feel relaxed. The building is designed brilliantly in a rural atmosphere. Good wifi connection in the room. Enjoyed staying in this hotel very much.

The hotel wasn't as nice as I expected. The mattress was uncomfortable, and there should be an extra blanket this time of year. The ramp up to the ground floor apartment is steep and slippery. They have sime traction strips but many need to be replaced. It's a wonderful location, near Plaza de Armas.the entire centro histórico is walkable. They were kind to give me an early check-in. I arrived on a long redeye flight. I wouldn't stay again. But it was a good value for the money.

The hotel location is really great..Close to the plazas and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room itself is a little basic but for 1 night it was good!

Nice place but terrible bed and pillow. The place has been renovated but beds are rock hard with lumpy uncomfortable pillows. So bad we couldn't sleep. Do like to leave negative reviews but regretted booking here due to substandard bed and pillow.

The room has almost no amenities: No hair dryer, no face/hand towel, no bath rug (or extra towel), no paper bin, only one light switch at the entrance, and just one outlet. Wifi has poor connection. It is very loud all the time, the rooms are no sound proof so you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms.

I liked the location but bathroom is badly designed, room did not have enough outlets, it was not properly cleaned and it was extremely noisy. I was not able to sleep properly since you could hear everything from next rooms and hallway. Will not stay there again.
