「Kids & I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Staff were attentive and responsive when engaging with our inquiries. Only feed back I have for improvement is the issue with the washroom ventilation system. There seems to be no venting fan and the washroom smelt of urine, stale air and a bit fishy at times, even when only te shower was used all day. Not sure how to remedy this as this is also a new building (2025). Maybe a scent Managment system?」

「唯一可取的是25樓的景觀游泳池.可以拍美美的照片.這家飯店完全不符合5星標準.是我在越南住過最差的5星飯店..... 缺點: 1.房間浴室設計不良.蓮蓬頭無法調整而且高度只到大人的胸腹部.只適合兒童使用.浴室設計不量無門可以抵擋噴灑的蓮蓬頭水.讓使用者很苦惱 2.浴袍只有小尺寸.適合SS尺寸的人使用.L尺寸完全無法穿.詢問過櫃台告知只有一種尺寸的浴袍!這樣可以成為五星級的飯店令人吃驚!! 3.餐廳硬體設計非常不好.滿座時整個餐廳像一座吵嘈的市場.完全無法悠閒安靜地享受早餐 4.住宿兩天的早餐.菜色一模一樣.完全沒有考量常駐旅客的需求.完全是做一次性的旅客生意 5.無一優點是前台服務人員親切可善.以及前台主管非常願意傾聽與接受客人的建議」

「This was the cutest little townhome style apartment. Beds were located in the small loft, but were comfortable with nice bedding. Apartment has plenty of seating. Kitchen is minimal and not well equipped, but has a mini fridge. Fresh, unlimited, bottled water is offered, which was a nice surprise. The area is up a steep hill and removed from the main traffic, but it was VERY noisy at night with close neighborhood noises and some VERY loud dance music late into the night (we declined to stay...

「We payed for a night in the bay, but a monsoon cancelled the overnight stay and the 2nd day on the boat. We were moved a hotel in Halong instead but this took several hours, once the Atheana manager turned up things improved but wasn't the 1st class experience we had paid for. I cant recommend it.」
