「We had an unplanned stop at the Fireside because of a winter storm made for dangerous travel. We felt like we walked into a Hallmark movie. There was a cozy fire going and complimentary hot beverages. The rooms were average but everything else was great. Nice bar for stranded travelers to meet up at and great breakfast in a nicely decorated room.」

「The Jackson was a great place to stay when visiting the Woodstock area. The room and spa tub were clean and quiet. Stacy (innkeeper) was lovely and responded in a timely manner to texts. Yes, things are done by text and you get a code to your room but she was around and still provided wine/cheese in the early evening. Breakfast was awesome! Going back for sure.」
