First off, the staff is excellent! Cordual, professional and answered to all needs. No complaint there....however, the room has its setbacks.
I had the room with 2 queen beds, which in sort were fine to sleep in.
The first issue was there was only 1 nightstand for 2 beds. Secondly, there were no drawers or anything to put our luggage away.
Third, the bathroom was sort of small, but, manageable. The big issue with the room was the bathtub. The water would not drain efficiently during showers. I had water halfway up my calf before I ended my shower.
90 minutes later, water was still not fully drained.
Another issue, the curtains were really not blocking out the daylight sun. Someone like myself who is ultrasensitive to light when trying to sleep, will have much difficulty, as I did.
Now regarding the pool.....
The slide is very very nice, the kids loved it. However, the pool itself is very small, with over half the pool only ankle deep. The other half of the pool is where those coming off the slide will fall in, so we couldn't really swim there. And if you even waded in the water at the front where ankle deep, you would get soaked by those who rushed in from the slide. (Maximum 30 people in the pool at once) The little spa was very nice, can't say anything bad about that.
All in all, its a good place, but could have some ameliorations.
