"Staff was not helpful at all and very snobby / cold. The bathroom sink was unclean when entered the room. Amenities are limited. Indoor garage is falling apart and does not have enough space to accommodate all Guests. Lastly we booked it under false advertisement that breakfast was included. The hotel does not even have its own kitchen! When this was addressed at the front desk we got a simple response « oh it must have been an error in the booking ». That’s a HUGE error when you are booking a hotel! Noisy, with kids running up and down at night the emergency stairways,and staff did not respond! Never ever booking there again"
