Everything was perfect. The huge parking lot was immaculately plowed much to my amazement. If only continental breakfast was included, it would’ve brought more convenience to our stay considering the fact that it coincided with year end where most food outlets were closed. Location-wise very strategically located to malls.
Unfortunately we had an incident with the fridge not working and wasting our travel food and walking into the room it had a smell to it but the room was pretty cool! ( two level room) the kids loved it and the staff was friendly!

Property was good stay for a great price. Management should consider removing the carpet and replace with flooring(as we see being done at many other properties).
Room was clean and bed very comfortable and bedding spotless!!! And blackout out curtains allow provided a great sleep.
Furniture and room atmosphere dated and tired but great price is likely the cause!

Sheets, bed, towels were super bright clean, new. But the hotel itself is in need of upgrades.
Staff were the best! Just naturally good at what they do and beyond.

It didn't feel dirty but it also didn't feel very clean? The staff were excellent and polite. But the roomsls just feel a little outdated? The parking was also a little messy but manageable.
We stayed with our six family members. We booked two rooms which had 2 double beds in each. With a balcony (car park view). The room contained a mini fridge, TV, hairdryer, iron and coffee making facilities. In the common area they provided juice, coffee and a microwave.
Really good and friendly staff. They asked us to provide free city tour bus ride as we stayed two nights there.
I recommend this place for the budget.

The property is really very big but the maintenance is poor. Though it is a 2* Hotel but can be ranked as 4* if it upgrades the rooms. We faced issue with the a/c during midnight and the staff helped by replacing the rooms immediately which indicates that the services are excellent. I prefer visiting again if the hotel gets upgraded.
We knew we weren't booking a 4 or 5 star hotel for the night, But I should have just camped like I was going to. The bed was uncomfortable, the couch had tears in the material on the arm rests, it just smelled old. The bathroom was clean and had proper amenities in it. But the rest of the room left a lot to be desired. The ice machine was broken.
I recently stayed at Hotel Auberge Québec and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the bedroom and sheets were clean, and the front desk staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay. The staff in general were responsive and quick to assist when needed, which I appreciated.
However, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. The toilet and bathtub could definitely use a deep clean with bleach, as there was noticeable pink and orange mold, which shouldn't be there. Additionally, the hotel hallway had a bit of an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall impression of cleanliness.
Overall, the service and bedroom were solid, but some attention to deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would go a long way in improving the guest experience.
Firstly, I was so impressed by the professional young women at the front desk; I would guess about college age and doing an impeccable job. The exterior and common areas of the hotel are dated, but our room was so comfortable with luxurious linens, clean bathroom, and dispensers fully stocked with bath products. The complimentary facial wipe was a nice touch. I saw negative google reviews that dogged the dated aspects and area construction. All of Boul. Laurier is being torn up (summer 2025), so it's necessary to detour (2 mins tops) behind it when coming from certain directions. The breakfast was just coffee and fruit, but you should take the 3 minute drive to Au Palet d'Or for an authentically French influenced selection of croissants, baguettes, viennoiseries, and cafe beverages! We didn't have time for the pool. For this establishment, you must consider the value for the money, which for us made the trip possible and for which we were grateful.
The staff were lovely but the area is loud, the property looks in disrepair, the carpet was filthy. The sheer curtains let in light all night from the neighboring hotel, the patio area looks dirty and maybe moldy in the shady area and there are multiple doors into the building with no locks or passkey entry. Anyone off the street could walk in and hang out in the stairwells or hallways. It's dangerous.
