Quaint property in a prime location. It was my first trip to Quebec, and the hotel was ideal for walking everywhere. Across the park from Chateau Frontenac it had beautiful views. Charles was our point of contact at the hotel and he was very attentive and kind. Will definitely stay there again on the next visit!

The perfecr spot, perched in the rafters in the 4th floor. I felt like I was in "Ratatouille"... in the best possible way! Most comfortable bed. Nesspresso coffee! Close to everything a shower with a bunch of jets. Wee fridge. We didnt mind the stairs at all! Nous sommes en amour! Stay here.

This was a lovely stay. I would very much recommend this hotel for the fantastic location to shops, walking, fantastic restaurants, and view. We were on the top floor - the room was large and inviting with a great kitchen area and large bathroom with heated floor. Pack light as you will be carrying your bags and there is no elevator. This is the charm of old Quebec. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I plan to come back and I would select this room again.

The good: Charming property in an excellent location. The bad: Our stay was unfortunately marred by several issues. On our first morning, there was no running water, making the bathroom completely unusable and throwing off our entire schedule at a critical time. The heated floors were also non-functional, a significant comfort issue given the extreme cold outside. The beds leaned on the firm side and weren't particularly restful. What was most disappointing, however, was the response from management. We reported these issues and received no follow-up confirming they had been resolved. When we requested some form of compensation for the inconvenience, our request was flatly refused, no gesture of goodwill whatsoever. This lack of accountability is simply not acceptable. I won't be returning to this hotel, and I will not be considering any other Aneyro property in the future.

We had an amazing stay! An absolutely beautiful building in a spectacular location. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful both before and during our stay. We 100% will stay here again next time we are in Québec.

Good spot in Vieux Québec, however currently right next to construction, and the heaters in the room made a constant sound that kept us awake. However the room was very nice and comfortable.

Truely a wonderful expereince from start to finish. All staff were very friendly, helpful and happy. The restaurant attached was also delicious and the staff equally thoughtful, friendly and helpful. Close to everything. A must stay in Old Quebec.

The room was very cute and cozy. The hotel was in a great spot, right in the middle of everything and with a beautiful view of Chateau Frontenac from our window. There were a few hiccups but Charles was a great help and on top of everything.

Staff very nice and super helpful. Bed on the soft and smaller side, but still comfy. Kind of a pain needing to use your phone to open your door through a web browser every time but not a big deal. The shower is pretty small with arguably too many jets, but good water pressure and amenities, including hair dryer. The heaters work very well with baseboard and split heating. Solid spot to stay in a superb location!
