「We visited Quebec City for a family winter vacation and had an amazing stay at this hotel, which certainly added to our overall experience. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the gym and sauna of very high quality and the service was truly exceptional. The concierge was genuinely helpful when we needed to book a round trip ride a remote destination. The buffet breakfast in the morning is the best there is. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back!」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「This apartment was in the best location. It's within walking distance to everything. It was well stocked for cooking and had all the amenities we needed for our 8 night stay. The only negative thing I have to say is that the couch is not comfortable at all and the cushions fall off whenever you try to sit on it. Overall, the experience was very positive and I would stay here again. Hopefully, there will be a new couch soon. :)」
