The location of this property was very convenient being in the old section of the city. The property was very good, but if you have problems with stairs, you’ll want to request a ground floor room.

The location of the hotel is prefect for exploring the old town. The room was spacious and decorated with interesting artwork and abundance of amenity. The atmosphere promoted by a generous and cheerful host was convivial. Access to a terrace with a view was handy for relaxation. The locale is quiet and safe.

To be clear, you’re staying in an old Quebec house. If you don’t know, that means steep narrow staircases. Otherwise it was a great location with an amazing breakfast. The room was massive. The host was amazingly friendly, and we took advantage of the terrace to sit out back and enjoy a drink. Close to everything in the old town except your car, you have to park 2 blocks away. Definitely stay there again and would recommend. My only caution is if you have trouble with stairs and walking it’s not the place for you. (Or request the ground floor room)

We booked a 2bedrooms (2 adults/2kids). One of the beds was not comfortable and did not sleep very well. We appreciated the terrasse with a beautiful view and also the kitchen amenities. We used the microwave to heat some of our meals, and made ourselves some coffee, tea and hot chocolate anytime we wanted. The umbrellas were very useful too! My recommandation for the breakfast would be to add some fresh fruit. Overall, we really liked it! Very welcoming and charming.

From our check-in experience with our hostess, to the comfort of the beds, and location close to all we wanted to see in Quebec City, it was an excellent stay. The room was well equipped, and the property is just charming and full of character. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great location and stay

We had a lovely stay. Great location for exploring the city. Great breakfast, easy check-in and our room was spacious and beautifully decorated in antiques. We drove in and parked in an underground garage close by. The hostess was very kind. Highly recommend this B&B for couples.
