"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below...

When I found out the hotel is not located at Xuhui and cannot get there by metro, I asked to cancel and refund, but cannot get refund. "Por infelicidade o hotéis.com reservou um quarto para 5 pessoas com 12 camas, ao chegarmos no hotel estava agendado somente um quarto para 2 pessoas. Estavamos em 5 pessoas sendo 4 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos, 2 adultos e a criança dormiram na cama e 2 adultos no chão, por sorte levamos 2 colchões infláveis de camping "
