"The most gorgeous old oasis in an otherwise busy city! The neighborhood is quiet and tree-lined, and staff are very helpful and friendly. The cleaning service was the best I’ve ever had. I appreciated the welcome drink, plate of fruit and daily water bottles they provided free of charge upon check-in. The tub was perfect for an evening bath - it even had armrests. The restaurant and small pools are lovely spaces to wind down - we cancelled our plans for an afternoon just to chill and relax using these on-site amenities! The only thing I’d note is not to use the minibar/fridge - the prices are exhorbant. Otherwise, excellent seat! Highly recommend. "

"I booked this trip as a birthday getaway & my first solo trip. I had the best treatment at Remal Pyramids hotel. The staff are all lovely and ready to help. I met a lovely lady at the reception, her name is Maryam (my namesake) she made this holiday a great one for me. She is always checking in whenever I’m out, to make sure I am safe (this is extremely thoughtful) and also gave me a cute gift as a birthday present. The room is very clean and big. I booked the Junior Suite, which has a jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious! With lovely view of the pyramids. The orange juice is the most authentic OJ I’ve ever had! The server was very nice (forgot to ask his name). The manager also made me feel welcome, always checking-in whenever he sees me. Thank you for looking after me!! The driver who picked me from the airport and also dropped me off was really kind. A great DJ as well! I look forward to be back because of your impeccable hospitality. I will make sure to bring friends/family with me next time. Egypt was really really lovely. If you are looking to book, book the junior suite! Worth the penny."

"So basically if you wanna be electrocuted and go toilet with no flush and be cooked like a sunday roast its your place ... hanging lights look about to fgall .. no trowels no bed sheets . Dirty beds .. no utensils which are clean just spend the money and go hilton"

"We were in the middle of moving house and booked this apartment nearby while in transition. It lived up to its name. It was a great haven. Plenty of great restaurants close by as well as the Metro supermarket a block away. Friendly people. Has and elevator and a washing machine. Very nice kitchen. The mattress of the room we slept in was very comfortable. The water was nice and hot for showers. One tub bath, one shower bath and a guest wc. There were only the two of us staying but it could easily hold a larger group comfortably. We did not need AC in Januaey but it was present. Very strong English based communication by the agent. Highly recommend!"
