「This is a budget hotel. I booked it because Liverpool were playing Man City. So rooms on Merseyside even Travelodge were £200 plus. This hotel was very reasonable. I just needed a room to sleep in that was clean with a clean bathroom. It met both of these. Hotel staff friendly. For a budget hotel it was fine」

「Lovely place to stay, temperature can be controlled in the room and bathroom which was great as the weather was freezing. Rooms are lovely, thought has gone into them. Food isn’t cheap if you dine there, but it was tasty.」

「Fantastic property! Very accommodating and great service, highly recommend. Great breakfast as well.」

The room was not modern in design, but it was tidy and clean. Both air conditioning and a radiator were installed. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The bed was a little too soft and did not provide enough support for me. All the staff were helpful, nice, and friendly. Dogs were not allowed in...

「The cooked breakfast on the Sunday morning was very slow to arrive, this was the case for everyone else too. Hotel currently having some refurb work taking place however this hotel looks like it need major cash investment into it. Room was clean bathroom looks like it still needs work to it.」

「The staff are nice」
