「This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. 「Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. 「The hotel, like most of the hotels in Tagaytay, is facing the crater lake. But the international hotel chain has been a great disappointment to me. First of all, for the time I found my Deposit box in my room is wrong; secondly, the hotel is very old, air conditioning noise is very serious will let you hard to sleep for the whole night； finally, encountered two problems so serious, obviously there are other rooms in the premise, and the reaction I they did not mean to change the room.」
