「I arrived at 10:45 PM with a confirmed reservation. The person at the front desk was counting coins and, when I greeted him and mentioned my reservation, he interrupted me and indicated (with gestures) that I had to wait until 11:00 PM. I waited and returned at 11:05 PM. He assisted me reluctantly, shaking his head and murmuring. After going to my room, I realized the key hadn’t been activated. 「What a dump. Don't waste your money. Window blind didn't cover the window and we were on 1st floor. No hand towels, we were told they don't have them. I said so we're supposed to wipe our hands with a wash cloth that we use to clean our face? Remote didn't work. No ice machine. We paid for 2 queen bed and got a single bed. It was filthy. 「We were unaware of pet fee when booking on expedia, somehow missed the hidden $75 fee. Along with that fee for an our very well behaved, non-shedding dog, we paid an already high amount for a beat up room. There were many damages to the room, dead bugs on the floor, muddy paw prints in the bathroom and sticky tile. Everything else was average and did not seem to add up to our payment for this. The staff was very unflexible and unhelpful with our concerns. We will never stay at a Residence Inn...

「Dirty than my dog pan had bedbugs sheets were dirty had food and blood on them. Asked for clean sheets she went to look for some said she couldn’t find any. She gave me a towel instead super nice lady, but I had bedbugs bugs. I killed three roaches and I finally called Expedia and moved. Do not stay unless if you already have bedbugs and lice.
