「Fairly over-priced for the room we got. our room was not clean, sheets had stains on them & doona covers left off the doonas which were also dirty. towels were stained as well. when we arrived the bathroom floor/walls/toilet was saturated with water so a little unpleasent to sleep there. however we were out all day so if you need a cheap place thats close to senggigi then this is satisfactory. otherwise the staff are lovely and very helpful.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....
