「I loved staying here. I stayed 6 nights. The gardens and two pools are beautiful. There are fountains. The WiFi is great. The staff are nice. They have laundry service. It’s a tropical place in the city. I recommend it and hope to return.」

「Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street.
