「This is the best hotel in Mataram I had ever been stayed. The breakfast is as good as Aston hotel. The quality is better than Aston and Golden or Lombok Plaza. The Spa is the best. The service is made me feel comfortable. I will live again. Also, will introduce my guests live here.」

「The staff is very friendly and the food was good. The location is pretty good though not in a touristy area, everything is easy to get to by Grab. The gym is small and not much equipment. The mosque next door can get vey loud sp wear ear plugs while sleeping.」

「Banheiro sujo, Wi fi razoável, boa localização」

「Lombok Plaza Hotel is the best But room not to big」

「My 2nd stay. Great staff. Good value hotel」

「Chambre magnifique et personnel au petit soin. Vraiment un super choix d’hôtel si vous séjourner dans le coin」

「Horrible visit! The rooms were so dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened it. The sheets were dirty and had so many stains, so we had them changed but there was still many stains on the new ones. The WIFI didn't work in the rooms at all for the whole visit because of "service" that we were not informed about before. My worst hotel experience ever and I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy!」

「Piscine agréable dans un jardin magnifique.」

「Unable to find accomodation, no signage, address leads to a different hotel. Walked blocks and blocks around mapped location. No response from property. Frustrating in the heat with a small child. Never had this experience anywhere, no effort from homestay to contact myself when check in did not occur.」
