「Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. 「The resort has a nice swimming pool and the room is reasonably comfortable. The bed is very comfy. However, the open bathroom design has invited mosquitoes and big gekkos in the bathroom. Almost every afternoon the village next to us would burn their garbage resulting in heavy smog. The resort has only 16 villas so the only restaurant had very limited choices of food. We had to take a 20 minutes taxi ride to Senggigi for dinner almost every evening. But the staff were very nice and...
