「exceptional hôtel located in the heart of Ortigia, in a beautifully renovated former palace. We spent a week enjoying our private, quiet and spacious, spotlessly clean apartment with kitchen and laundry. A copious and delicious breakfast was served in the dining room every morning. We cannot say enough about the warm and friendly welcome we received from Domenico and all his wonderful staff. This unique hôtel also houses a small cinema and exhibition of cinema history. truly a magical experience」

In particular, a massive shoutout to the wonderful Lia, who couldn't have been more helpful and efficient with queries and requests to organise things. Grazie mille!」

「Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! 」

The Manager is a true professional in every way the building is of high-quality our room/suite had high ceilings and beautiful views of the street and built in Terrace. The location is one block from the sea and very accessible to all the spots in Ortigia. We look forward to staying again in September.」
