The place is nice but for what they charged they could offer a better service. We got baby blankets as beach towel! They didn’t provide soap in any shower or bathroom. I open a window and almost felt on top of me. If they can get a hold on this simple things they will have better reviews

The lady working the villa was extremely unprofessional, when could not locate the villa gave me attitude, said figure out how to get to office. Charged is cash money for the electricity which we where fine with it till she took additional money cause of “no change” We told her we where leaving on Tuesday morning to Santo Domingo which check out will be early and she had the nervous to say after 10am I’ll be there. When we told her we will check out between 830am to 9am! She never gave us back our money and kept saying come and pick them up yourself . Very disrespectful and unprofessional. She basically stole the money and instead of making it easier for her customer she made it a terrible experience! Villa was clean but fan where broken, lights did not turn on. Bathroom was broken and old dated. Anyone planning to stay in this hotel dont! Lady in front desk is extremely unprofessional and will not recommend staying in a place where they still ur money and treat you horrible!! Beside the horrible experience in the villa, the restaurant next to it was perfect! Food was delicious, staff was amazing and helpful. Will give a dumbs down for villa and horrible rating! Place is horrible and again can’t stress this lady in charge of check in is unprofessional and a thief!! DO NOT BOOK IN THIS VILLA!!! Will be emailing her manager or head of villa.

I loved the fact that I was only few steps to the water, breakfast includes, building needs improvements but it was worth what we paid for it. They still have room to grow in customer service.

Nice but could be better organised.

For the money it’s hard to beat. Lovely setting within 100 yards of the beach. Nice villa with lovely views. What did surprise me was the need to pay electricity separately. It’s on a meter and cost us $20 for 4 days, that’s without the air conditioning running. So they definitely charge you per kw used. Second thing you need to understand, it’s not labelled anywhere as Paradise Villas. No signs, nothing. My advice, look up Villas Los Corales on google maps. hen you’re on Paradise St, on the approach. Go through the manned barrier and explain to them you’re there for Paradise. Continue straight ahead for another 100 yards and park up. You’ll notice a Spa at the end of the road. If you walk around the corner towards the beach, the office reception is on the left after the barrier. By the way, the office number doesn’t work!
