The staff were rude, the breakfast was cold when advertised hot, the place was bug infested, the rooms were dirty after being cleaned, they will not honor refunds or location transfers, ceilings falling in in bathrooms, this was a real dump and to beat it all, they demand a $150 security deposit!!! TRUST ME, DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL, or you will be extremely disappointed, and for the amount they want, YOUD do a lot better going elsewhere. "

"Room was clean, had to leave a day early because my son is US Air Force and was getting deployed. I told the front desk yet they offered nothing. Not even half off the day since I left a day early. Wouldn’t recommend "

"I had a horrible experience here. The fridge wasn't working and I had to get a new room. It had a funny smell. The management was ok. They did get me a new room when I found out the fridge wasn't working. Then I went to dinner at the restaurant across the street and it was pretty much a bar. It was very loud. The area was average. I somewhat felt safe in the hotel. It seemed dumpy to me. There were no amenities either. I will not stay at this hotel again. "

Our room was supposed to have a television, but someone either stole or destroyed it, so there was only the tv mount and a hole in the wall. The sheets had stains all over them, we were told the sheets were clean and they just couldn't get the stains out.
