「暖氣不夠暖，沒有行李寄存服務，不是一間酒店」

「對面有個鐘，15分鐘敲一次。晚上很多年輕人嬉鬧，喝酒。門面很多垃圾，尤其草皮。其他內部清潔都還很不錯，公寓都是香香的味道，可能是洗衣房飄出來的味道。」

「距离市中心做SBahn20分钟左右的距离。酒店公寓出来就是车站。酒店附近是居民住宅区，有大型超市Aldi，Rewe，还有DM。酒店附近的餐馆经济实惠老板热情客气。看到很多德国老人在小酒馆里面喝酒打牌。像极了北京的小饭店。酒店房间宽敞，有厨房，可以买东西自己煮简单的东西吃。1.5欧元买个硬币就可以在地下室洗衣服。对于在外很久的游客非常需要。」

「Overall experience was good. Facilities were good. Location is also convenient just 2mind walk from the metro. With machine for washing dishes. Room is spacious with good pantry facilities.」

「Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. 「The staff was very nice & helpful 」

「Brera is a basic clean room with a kitchenette. Don’t expect anything fancy, but the price is right. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a terrace and they provided fans which made a lot of noise. The negatives are it looks very old. The TV looks really antique and does not have netflix or any streaming content. Only german channels. The washing and drying costs money and we need to go to the basement. So, a mild inconvenience. The stove was rather funky to turn on, but it worked...
