「The room was not actually clean. I found hair in the bathroom more than once that was not mine. The floor was dirty, towels were reused and the staff was not exactly friendly. They were giving suspicious stares, taking forever to acknowledge the guests and not helpful. The elevators in this hotel are terrible and the key "stopped working"..... Maybe they locked me out so they could finish cleaning the room. The cleaning staff were the only ones actually kind and helpful. Front desk not genuine....

「Stayed for few days at Hotel Ciputra, staffs are very helpful, good facilities including gym and pool. The highlight for me was the breakfast, good variety of food selection. They constantly changed the menu, which made it a very good experience to try different food.」
