「Very solid hotel option in the middle of santurce. The room is cleanly and spacious at an affordable price. The only things to note are that there is no front desk service and you’ll have to call ahead for cleaning service on your room. Also the front door has some steep steps going down and can swing open a little vigorously when windy.」

「Our stay was disappointing. The facilities are in poor condition, worn furniture and a bathroom in need of maintenance. To make matters worse, we were never able to connect to the WiFi during our entire stay, despite asking for help.」

「I truly enjoyed my stay here. The drive up can feel a little intimidating the first time because the roads are narrow, but after a couple of trips, you get the hang of it. This place is truly in the rainforest. You can hear the coquí frogs and the sounds of nature all night long, it’s incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Puerto Rico has some of the kindest people in the world. I would 100% recommend renting a car, not only to get to the property more easily, but also to explore the island and...
