This resort is beautiful and the staff are extremely gracious. The pool area is perfect. The only this I would suggest is that they vary the lunch and dinner menus each day because if you stay there and do not want to taxi into town for dinner every night, having a menu with variety would make meals better. The food is good but variety like daily specials would help.

Hotel has a beautiful jungle location and our room was very nice. The lobby and pool areas were beautiful as well. The hotel is fairly isolated and the restaurant was mediocre at best. Staff was very nice.

This hotel beautifully incorporates nature into its design, making guests feel seamlessly immersed in the Iguazú jungle, almost like natives of the environment. The pools are wonderful, and the staff throughout the property are warm and welcoming, making this a truly worthwhile stay. The only area for improvement would be the front desk staff, who did not seem as friendly or inviting as the rest of the team.

Hotel is fine but starting to look dated pools are great Staff is nice but very neutral, not engaging enough with customers and the informations provided on surrounding attractions are very light as if they are unaware of the current events SPA is ok but not in line with the high end Spa , towels and robe from previous guests left in the changing room Food is average, great choice of wine as long as you know Argentinian wines well , other than that the server did not provide guidance Breakfast buffet was very average, good bread however but again not enough fruit selection and indication (name older ) of the food being displayed could be done in a more esthetic and consistent way. Other than a few employees, lobby bar waiter (female) and the lady with glasses in the restaurant, everyone else did not reflect the joy of working in hospitality.

Pros: Clean room, nice pool area, comfy beds. Cons: Room in different building than main lobby, restaurants and pool. Food - not good quality, tough cuts of steak, dry pastries. Staff - not trained well. Restaurant staff not attuned to guests. Long wait time to be helped, frequently “forgot” to bring items asked for after asking several times. Staff could not answer questions accurately. Perks- We had a 20% discount on food through Expedia. We were unable to take advantage of this discount due to incorrect instructions by 2 different staff members. The mgr would not accommodate us at the end of the stay for their inaccurate information. Very unprofessional. They require food to be charged to the room to receive the 20% discount BUT they charge an extra 20% to charge it to your room. Which, as you can see, cancels out the discount. We were not given the discount on the meal since we paid cash. Location- although unique and pretty hotel it is far away from town. If you need anything unexpectedly (medicine, toiletries) they do not have a gift or convenience shop. You must take a taxi to town (14,000 ARS both ways). I would choose to stay elsewhere next time.

The place is amazing, quiet the rooms are great the problem we had was the room temperature was awful and we couldn’t sleep because it was very hot, reception told us to open the windows to lower the temperature and we woke up freezing so we couldn’t sleep well… breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly.
