Mario del snack de las crepas discrimino y le hablo mal a mi hija. La hizo sentir mal por pedir otro helado para su hermana y al ir solita al snack si trato fue muy malo. En general el hotel no sabe gestionar los conflictos con los huéspedes es una lástima xq nos gustaba el hotel. Mal el empleado y mala la gestión de la gerente una lástima.

If you have any food allergies avoid this hotel chain. They have a food legend for each item. It has the food name and it’s supposed to contain the allergens in the food. The problem is that the allergy legend isn’t consistent. Half the time it says nothing only the item like “broccoli” and then you find out later that it does contain the allergen. As someone who is gluten free, after day 3 and finding out that the legend is not used properly, I was required to ask for chef assistance every time I went to the buffet and they would tell me what didn’t contain gluten. Somehow it wasn’t until the last night that they told me the salad dressings contained wheat. They add flour to all sorts of things that is completely unnecessary like mashed potatoes, corn tortillas, Mexican rice, potato wedges and so on. They even told me they steam the broccoli in old pasta water. The room was clean but quite dated. Our first room smelt so badly of mildew that we had to change rooms. The margaritas tasted like weird chemicals and there is only one elevator to service an entire half of the hotel so if you’re on the opposite end you either take 4 flights of stairs every time you want to go to your room or you walk all the way to the lobby to catch the elevator. The main buffet is tile and large grout lines and they push the plate cart around every 5 minutes which reverberates in the entire restaurant and you’re not allowed to eat outside.

La mayoría del personal muy desposta con los mexicano, todo es hacer filas, en la habitación solo dejan 2 litros de agua, no hay servicio a habitación, no puedes comer nada en la alberca y cuando te levantas todo los camastros ya están apartados, no hay libres ni personas usándolo, si quieres unas papas no puedes comerlas en la playa o en la alberca solo hay un restaurante snark, y para todo hay que ser fila, no hay personal que te atienda en la alberca o playa muy despacionada. Quería comer algo en mi habitación y no se puedes pues no puedes sacar nada del restaurante y tampoco hay servicio a habitación. En la noche solo dejan agua 2 litros

Le personnel est incroyable, beaucoup d’acitivité & d’animation. Les chambres sont bien il manque seulement d’insonorisations au niveau de la porte quand les gens parles fort dans le corridor ces très bruyant. L’air climatisé pourrait aussi être un peu plus silencieuse. La piscine était très bien, les bars très efficaces & convivial. La localisation de l’hôtel est superbe. Au cœur d’un quartier protégé où l’ont peut ce promener nuit & jour sans être inquiéter. La nourriture était bonne & nous avons passer une superbe semaine!

This place was great! Honestly, we read the bad reviews of this place too, and I would fully defend against them and/or didn’t agree with them at all. I would say the negative ones say more about the reviewer than the resort. The room was perfect for what we needed, and the staff was professional, hardworking, and sweet. The food and drinks were very good, and the nightly entertainment you’d be lucky to see! I will recommend this place, and come back some day for sure!

This was like staying at a motel. The top lock on the front door was broken, the balcony lock was broken, door paint was chipped, bathtub was dirty with stains, the toilet handle was broken, stains on the bed sheets. All of this was communicated to staff and a refund was tries to get back but nothing was done. Staff did not check up on us during our stay which shows that they didn’t care. The food was disgusting as well as the drinks. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with how terrible my experience was.

Pool was nice. Staff very friendly. Limited bar open at certain hours, so you had to traverse the hotel a lot for the drinks after certain hours. Shots mainly only allowed were tequila, couldn’t request other shots.

The staff was very courteous, the grounds are very nice, lots of pools, swim up bars etc., there’s a club on the compound which is great, you don’t need to go anywhere and the food was delicious, the rooms can do with some updating but a vacation need not be spent in a room
