"overall the resort was okay , the rooms are old , the food wasnt good to be honest . the food was not fresh the dairy product were not refrigerated meat seem old. the menu was very limited. the services and staff are very friendly but thats about it . the resort is very big at least and the mildlife was beautiful to see. "We stayed in a king mini suite overlooking the entrance with a view of the sea and sunrise to the right. Very spacious room and super comfy bed. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied but I recommend taking your own. Mini bar stocked daily with water, sodas and beer. Hairdryer and iron in the room. Staff overall were fantastic and friendly. Daytime entertainment team got everyone going and joining in. Evening entertainment was hit and miss, ended by 9:30ish then the bar was very quiet and emptied quickly. Only one bar open at night, it would have been a bonus if the pool bar stayed open later. Good choice of daytime bars and places to eat including pizzas, ice creams, coffee and cakes and the grab and go area. Highlight was Brasas Grill but all eateries were very good."

"we have stayed several places in Riviera Maya, and throughout Mexican top tourist spots… I was seriously disappointed with our stay here. In my opinion, it fell far short of the other resorts in dining, the notorious, Mexican hospitality, and they truly never went out of their way once to make our accommodations memorable. We were promised things when we checked in, that were not taken care of. I would not stay here again, with all of the competition in the area… This resort needs to step up their game."

"Yoga class with Ronaldo was a highlight and excellent. Swim up bar was wonderful, beach and water beautiful. Loud music til 11pm we could hear from our room kept me up at night. "

"Staff were all exceptional. Particularly Francisco, Enrique, Maria, Vanessa & Francis. Room & pool area very clean and nice. Food at buffet was...buffet food. Meh. Large selection, always about the same. Some items would get hard (had to saw through a crepe with a steak knife) but about what you'd expect at buffett. This place is beautifully expansive but there are some trip hazzards (sunken bricks etc) on the main walkway leading from lobby area to rooms. I was able to get 15,000 steps/day without trying. Great for me but older people & those that may have mobility issues should be aware. Didn't see any monkeys except a little one that had a tight collar and leash that a man brought around the pool area to sell selfies with. It was quite disturbing. Large selection of pools, active and quiet. Very nicely kept. Lots of wildlife, especially coati & deer everywhere. "

"My friend and I stayed for 4 nights, which felt like the perfect amount of time. The rooms were clean and spacious, the grounds were easy to navigate, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most restaurants didn’t require reservations (except Teppanyaki), and the food was very good—especially the International restaurant and the taco bar by the pool. One restaurant was closed during our stay, which was a bit unfortunate. The resort caters more to an older crowd, but you can easily take a quick cart ride to the neighboring all-ages resort if you want a livelier atmosphere. The only downside was the beach, which had a lot of sargassum and a strong smell."
