Had to lug my bag up a flight of stairs cause there’s no elevator. There were bums hanging outside of my window. Only two lights work in the room. I need to just ask to switch rooms, but I don’t know if it’ll make a difference "

"I stay here for business twice a year. With the new ownership and management it has completely gone down hill. Unfriendly staff, room smelled musty, sheets and pillow cases with a yellow stained tint, cold breakfast, no plates on the second day. Very disappointed. "
